Spelling with Elocin Boxes
How it works
Your child doesn’t just memorise spelling words.
They build them first.
Using Elocin boxes, each sound in a word gets its own little “home.”
Your child listens for the sounds, places a counter or letter in each box, says the sounds out loud, blends the word, and only then writes it.
This turns spelling into a thinking process instead of a guessing game.
