How to Play Sight Word Noughts and Crosses 1.One player is noughts (O) and the other is crosses (X). 2.Take turns picking a square. 3.Before you draw your O or X, you must read the word in the square out loud. 1. If you read it correctly, you may draw your O or X. 2. If you can’t read it yet, the square stays empty. 4.Keep playing until one player gets three in a row – across, down, or diagonal. 5.Shout “Noughts and Crosses!” when you win!
